Train like a pro and have fun doing it! Our Team and Small Group sports conditioning programs provide sport-specific training to athletes from grade school to the pros. In small group training, athletes are matched by age, sport and conditioning level. Each athlete receives an initial assessment by a performance coach to gather baseline fitness measurements. Sessions are one-hour and focus on strength, flexibility, speed, agility and power. We offer one-on-one training for clients who desire more individual attention to meet their fitness goals. We offer one-hour and half-hour sessions as well as discounts for package sessions. Receive the individual attention of personal training but share the experience and cost with a friend. Package discounts are available. Have you taken a break from training and need some assistance and motivation to get you back on track? Our program design package is the way to go. This includes two 1 hour sessions with a performance coach to design and take you through a personalized fitness routine. Struggling with weight loss or not sure about the proper diet to help you meet your fitness goals? Our personal trainers have years of experience with safe and effective weight loss and nutrition counseling. |
