The Kettlebell class is 45 minutes of high intensity full body conditioning. This class is designed to strengthen and tone the entire body while building muscular endurance and strength. This class is modifiable for all fitness levels. We suggest you provide your own kettlebell appropriately weighted for your fitness level.


The Super Circuit class is a high-energy, one hour cardio workout through interval and circuit training. It includes a wide variety of strength-training, agility, balance, power and core-building exercises.


The Arthritis Class is designed for people with arthritis and balance issues. Certified Arthritis Foundation instructors work with you to help to decrease pain, stiffness and swelling as well as reduce stress and help make everyday activities easier to do. The class consists of a warm-up, endurance, strengthening, balance and flexibility exercises, along with relaxation techniques.


This class is designed to prevent falls and increase balance and stability with the use of weights, exercise balls, chairs and bands for strengthening. This class helps to increase abdominal strength and decrease back pain with specific core exercises. The class consists of a warm-up, balance coordination exercises, strengthening and flexibility, as well as cool down.


The Studio Barre Class combines traditional movements from modern dance, pilates, yoga, ballet and strength training with the use of the adjustable “Studio Barre Tower”. This class will help to improve flexibility, balance and total body strength giving you a well-rounded workout. The Studio Barre Class is adaptable to all fitness levels.


The Boot Camp Class is a one hour, high-energy workout consisting of challenging circuit-training exercises that work out the entire body.
