 At South County Orthopedics, we want your patients to have a positive experience when they come in for services. To assist us in our goal, we have identified some guidelines that will allow the patients to move efficiently through our system.  X-rays / MRI's
Please inform patients to bring any X-rays, MRI's or other tests that have been performed that relate to the problem for which they are being seen. This will prevent the patient having to leave to get them, and reduce the need for taking unnecessary X-rays during the visit. Patient Treatment History If you have been treating the patient for a while for the same problem that you are referring them to us for, it would be beneficial if you would provide us with information on the treatment the patient received prior to their visit to our office. This will allow our physicians to better understand what has occurred with the patient and assist in developing an appropriate treatment plan.
Appointments
When calling for an appointment / to make a referral, please have the patient's demographic information available so that processing can occur as efficiently as possible. Minimally, it is important to provide us with their name, address, social security number, and day and evening phone numbers. You may also just pass on our contact information to the patient if you prefer, so that they can call us to provide their information and schedule an appointment: 401.789.1422 You can also upload individual image files to us to precede their visit.
