South County Orthopedics has opened a second location at 10 High Street, directly across the street from our main office at One High Street. This brand new facility has been equipped with state of the art exercise and rehabilitation equipment to help facilitate your rehabilitation. As an added convenience, book your physician follow-up visits at our new location and complete your physical therapy and physician appointments in one visit.


The physical therapy team at South County Orthopedics specializes in rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports related injuries, including post-surgical cases. We offer our patients unmatched expertise, a state-of-the-art facility, and a personal approach to help you meet your goals. During your initial visit a physical therapist will perform a comprehensive examination. Based on the findings, a therapeutic program will be designed for you.

To complement your physical therapy sessions, a comprehensive home exercise program is provided. We also offer Massage Therapy through alicensed therapist (Mindy Trudell, LMT)as an alternative means of relieving pain, relaxing muscles, stimulating and toning your body.

The Hand Therapy Clinic at South County Orthopedics provides specialized care to individuals with hand and elbow dyfunctions. We provide one-on-one individualized treatment sessions with a hand therapist. A variety of modalities including heat, fluidotherapy, ultrasound and iontophoresis are used in conjunction with therapeutic exercise and manual techniques. Custom splinting is also available by our trained therapists.



Our staff makes every attempt to schedule convenient appointments and see patients promptly. An initial examination and treatment by a licensed physical therapist can usually be provided within 48-72 hours.
